………..When I was leaving home I noticed a neighbor had his garbage can overturned and garbage was everywhere (there has been a stray dog in our neighborhood lately playing that trick). The lawn crew had just arrived and one of them promptly grabbed a rake and picked up all of that mess. Was that their job, no, and over the years I have seen many crews who would not have done this.
